Has been for a long time. Saudi Arabia "hires" retired Ambassadors and Diplomats for "think tanks", and pay them more than they made while working for the US. As a result, our Dept of State belongs to them, not us.

we started the taliban, we are just becoming friends again.

This has become totally insane!!! The article I quoted reports the West, lead by Secretary of State Hillary R. Clinton, is allowing
CHEMICAL WARFARE WEAPONS to fall into the hands of radical Islamists!!!
Minorities of all stripes are fleeing for their very lives! The "Arab Spring" will not end well at all.
