Mikes Coins or Foxchase Morgans for $27

Postby lewbo » Wed Aug 08, 2012 7:59 pm

I get emails from this coin shop about once a week. This week they are offering circulated Morgans for $27 each with flat shipping of $3.95. I was thinking of picking up 5 or 6.
Anybody bought or had any issues with this shop?
Selling US pennies 1.9 face shipped. Never mind I am keeping everything!

The market is soft now. It's probably a good time to buy.

I sold about 500 (average to crappy) Morgans when the market was hot at 30-35, hated seling them but I couldn't pass up the prices.

Who is the bigger fool in that case? The shop owner or you for not buying them all and flipping them for a $3-4 profit each? As long as they aren't culls, even Provident will pay $26.50+.

A coin that shows a great amount of wear or mutilation.
