I ran across this paper in my perusing and found it very valuable. It has some great long term price charts and statistics to give an idea of where current prices stand historically and what that might mean for future prices. Notice that it was written in July, 2011. So it's not hot off the press, but still current compared to the past 100+ years.
Enjoy!
