So I know I'm new at this, and I surf ebay to see whats going on and get prices... I would like to get into the bar/ingots, gold or silver... I see this....

so if you read the title it says NOTHING about being clad! you have to be a hawk eye and spot the word 'clad' in the description, seriously

I run this auction all the time and have had a number of thank you responses.

eBay is not all bad. But I do wish they were abit more......better in removing bad auctions, and reporting disputes better without going thru the hoops. But in the end, it's about the profits to them and if they can get away with it, they'll do it till their told otherwise.

I have this one seller right now that refunded my purchase price. He says he won't ship to my location (which was buried in an image down in the auction listing AND he didn't enable the options in the listing page, which could've blocked me). I pointed out to him (in a terse message) that if he went with a particular postage option, he could still finish the transaction within the postage fees I paid AND would be able to ship in a more timely manner. He says i'm threatening him and will report me to eBay.

Yeah, i'm kinda wondering how eBay is gonna react that this guy canceled a bid and got the fees back, and his buyer not only went thru with the purchase and paid, but showed the guy a way to finish the transaction in a reasonable fashion. Didn't reply back to help not aggravate the situation more and see how this plays out.
