I don't see why he would refund. The title and description are clear. If bidders are so impatient they can't be bothered to read, why should a seller be obligated to rescue them from themselves?

I've seen tons of misleading listings on ebay over the years. This isn't one of them.

Yeah, you are right Morsecode.
The buyer should read the details. I just seen he had a refund policy so I figured that the buyer will see his mistake and will want the money back.
Nothing misleading, didn't mean to infer that, but just that the bidding was funny since evidently no one read the detail and will be so sorry when they receive them.
