Silvers bottom support line.. Here we go!

Up or down.. Place your bets.
The RSI is still falling and silver is at the long term bottom support line. Which way will it go? Well I say down. Since April 2011 silver has moved down its declining resistance line and it's still moving down. So I'm still saying 17 but silver could see 16 or 15. Thought silver would have been here sooner... If it bounces up.. Well that's ok too.
