Edited to add: When using 1 - 4 as my quantity to buy, sales tax was shown on the checkout page all 4 times. When trying 5 as my quantity sales tax was not visible on the checkout page. I didn't buy, but found that interesting.

Thanks for the post giving me a heads up! I ordered a roll immediately. I missed out on the initial offer. This is 5 bucks cheaper tho...and after my order I realized its for 2014's!!!! The original offer was 2013's. I'm so pumped right now.

There is no information on that but I would not be surprised if these have had all the MS70s pulled out and the tubes refilled. No problem with that for me.
