washing machine

O.K. My washing machine croaked. My schedule is hectic so rather than fix it I bought new. Put old one in yard. Woman stops and asks for it. I hesitated and took her#. She picked up today with big grin. Are they worth that much?

Lots of metal to recycle or use? Possible to fix? Parts for one they have? The tub makes a good trough for animals.
Silver Monometalism is the most permanent and stable form of money the world has seen. Natural law and history prove silver value is best multiplied by gold and best divided by copper. It is only in this counterfeit currency time when the natural law appears suspended.

Depending on the part of the country and specs on the machine, I'd estimate that the scrap is worth $10-15 or so.
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

NOTE: ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- often
substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) and selling short as well.

Thank you for the information. We have several yards in our area (Western NY) I was on fence with saving for more however having no garage and just buying my house I'm trying to be a good neighbor and keep my property nice.
Any compensation would not justify time or travel for one machine. Thanks again.
