Someone worth a few million with a speculative streak could come up with the $20k pretty easily.
Former stock broker w/ ~20 yrs. at one company. Spoke with 100k+ people and traded a lot (long, short, options, margin, extended hours, etc.).

NOTE: ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- often
substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) and selling short as well.

I think they have a method to determine if there really is silver in the land and at what depth, etc. If that report shows promise then this would be cool.

Otherwise, it's 18,000 dollars for a few vague eBay pictures.

There is no road access, so it would be a very difficult/expensive mining operation to enact. You might be able to set up a small hobby mine and create a summer mining vacation/adventure tour business. You have people come up with "shovels and picks" and let them take out as much as they could carry. People could also fish if the lake is good for that.
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered....The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

Float plane can probably land in the lake.
