Was headed by the scrapyard with my wife on our way to dinner tonight. Had just a few things in the car, so I thought I'd show her how the operation went. Got the following:
6# of 35% insulated copper wiring @ .35 = $2.10
1# clean aluminum @ .40 = .40
1# aluminum cans @ .60 = .60
TOTAL FOR ABOVE-- $3.10
By the way, she was pretty amazed at all the stuff they had. She even said "Look at all those wheelchairs!" (There was a pretty big pile of them)

NOTE: ANY stocks I discuss, no matter how compelling, carry risk- often
substantial. If not prepared to buy it multiple times in modest amounts without going overboard (assuming nothing really wrong with the company), you need to learn more about the market and managing risk. Also, please research covered calls (options) and selling short as well.
