Hey I need somebody to tell me if this is a die block error. Its a 1996. It looks like it may have a double rim. You can make out the date with a magnifying glass. Tell me what you guys think. Thanks.

I think this would be called a capped die error. All the error coins I get I like to send off to ANACS and have them identified, graded and slabbed. A neat find!! Congrats....

Yep, that looks like it was struck through a capped die.
