Three cent piece.
In my (very limited) experience, the silver ones are generally called "Trimes" (or sometimes "Fishscales"), and the Nickel ones either "Three Cent Piece," or "Three Cent Nickel."
The silver ones are insanely tiny, and cool, if you've never seen one in person. Basically what you'd expect from something that's a fraction of its other tiny cousin, the half-dime.
They were primarily created to match the postage rate in the mid/late 1800s.
