If they're all different companies, why/how do I get all their email alerts delivered to my email inbox at the same exact moment?

I too get simultaneous offers from two different Harley Davidson dealers, and I know for a fact they are not owned by the same people.

Would not be surprised if there is a person, software or some kind of AI that notifies a competitor if one newsletter/email goes out to shoot out one too to stay relevant.
Otherwise your email provider may bulk up emails and release them together at random points
