These are the 2010's first year issue in the series and only 33,000 were minted.

At 949, that's only about 70 cents per ounce over spot. It's hard to pass up. I've already got two sets from other APs, but just got another from Jack Hunt. I've had mixed results with the quality received, but hey, they're bullion.

The US Mint is restricting the APs on the price they can charge, so the APs are pushing the limit on adding shipping and handling fees. The coins will likely come in individual holders and they are likely also sent via signature required type mailing if they are like other APs. So there is some cost involved more than just your standard mailing, but $88 more than recoups them these costs. I just look at the total cost and evaluate it on a per ounce basis. By that measure, its a very good price.

Jack Hunt is one of 10 authorized dealers on the coins. He received 3,300 or the 33,000 minted. I ordered within 10 minutes of his announcing the availability and I was order 400.

Either way you are a winner. Very inexpensive silver and market value significantly higher than the price you pay for it. Not sure yet what I will do. Will wait till I get them.

If they can be bought for $950, why are people paying more on ebay?

Because few people know about it. Typically, these authorized dealers with the US Mint do not sell directly to the public. Some do, but most don't. These are called bullion, but because of the low mintage (33,000 of each coin design) are being treated as numismatic products on the secondary market with a scarcity premium. I am going to hold on to my sets. Personally I think the premiums will decrease more on the secondary market in the near term, but over a longer time frame with a 949 basis, I think you would do very well.

These just went on sale today and will likely be gone in day or two, based on previous sales experiences with other authorized dealers. Take the gift, be thankful later to Tourney64 for telling you about it.

Wish I had the capital to jump on one of these sets for resale, but I'm tied up with other stuff right now. Great deal though.

Well, I went ahead and bought in. The increased demand for PM's coupled with only 33,000 sets minted I am convinced. Hopefully the prices will remain fairly high so if I do need to liquidate I can. Thanks for posting this opportunity.

I got one too. My wife is going to kill me. Gotta get my MO and overnight it. Damn, this was a good deal. Hope these retain their ebay value till I can list it.

FYI, it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery so you may be subject to market volatility if you are doing a "flip". Also, they recommend you send your MO overnight as there is 7 day receiving limit on your MO or they can cancel. Might be best to track or send priority , it didnt say business days, but 7 days

Im actually surprised how slow its selling. Personally, I think its setup so people default on orders. Maybe then they will be able to sell them some other way?

Based on the facts everything is very legit. There are only 10 dealers nationally that have these coins. The US mint lists 20 national bullion dealers, and Jack Hunt is one that is on the US Mint's list. The address also matches between the US Mint and where you send your payment.

Placed my order, too this is a good investment!
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered....The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

This really sucks for me; I placed my order and the screen froze at the end when I tried to print and it is positioned where I cannot see the order confirmation #

I know when I was reading through the stuff that it said they will not answer emails unless you reference your order #
