Got taken on Ebay

Anyone had trouble buying from this member, btlsyello? Bad communication and he has promised to get me my order for two months now. I have a feeling he will never send the item and my money is lost.
Name me one investment where you gain at least 50% the second you purchase it and never have a chance to lose the initial investment.

If you paid Via Pay-Pal all is not lost. But better put a coplaint in with E-Bay and Pay- Pal NOW

Ditto here. Let Ebay know what's up. It ain't over til it's over. I realize it is a pain going through this but you need to put up a fight. Best of luck. :)

I also agree I would have opened a case with Ebay about six weeks ago. It isn't hard just go to the resolution center and open a claim for the item you have not received.

As a buyer it is next to impossible to lose your money on ebay.

ya its way easier to screw over the seller (i've had it a few times :evil: ) but if you paid via paypal open a case and you'll get your money back quite easily
