no that is a platinum coin, which I think looks great, not sure how to post pics here, but they have the 1 oz cougar on apmex, and Franklin, the op, is right, this coin is horrible, the legs look like they are from a T-rex, and the worst part is the wolf, and grizzly were amazing, and then this coin, hopefully #4 is alot better
You talking about the standard one ounce bullion with the open mouthed cat kinda jumping out towards you? It is a little goofy, but I like it.
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered....The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -Thomas Jefferson
Cmon, it's not that bad! I actually like it and love the rest in the series so far. If anyone really doesn't like it you can PM me and I'll give you around melt!
"If you don't do it this year, you'll be one year older when you do" Warren Miller
I would say they are raptor legs... T-rex was much bigger. I think the Liger is next in the series followed by the ferocious unicorn with frog legs.
"The study of money, above all other fields in economics, is one in which complexity is used to disguise truth or to evade truth, not to reveal it. The process by which banks create money is so simple the mind is repelled. With something so important, a deeper mystery seems only decent." John Kenneth Galbraith 1975
That is exactly what I thought. It's just not a great coin, mainly because it's forearms look so weird. That platinum coin is awesome- they should have used that for the silver design. I did buy a few just to keep my sets going, but I haven't bought any extras like I did with the wolf and grizzly. Overall it's still a great series. Does anyone know what the next in the series will be?
