21.12 MM x 2.35 mm thick. And I am getting 3.89 if I stack two normal ones. And 21.21 on a normal nickel. I do not have a gram scale . I can have it put on one at the coin shop on Saturday.

It's either a badly damaged nickel or a lead counterfeit. It's definitely not a mint error.
