1996 ASEs

Postby bankmining » Thu Apr 05, 2012 11:09 pm

Bought a tube of mixed dated ASEs from my LCS yesterday and noticed he put in 3 BU 1996's (key date-low mintage) in the mix. Not sure if by mistake or he didn't care. Do these still command a premium over common date ASEs? I don't trade on Ebay and haven't followed the market on these. Paid $34 each on these.

Definitely, anyone hawking one always seems to try and get more for it, simply because they are a little bit harder to come by.
