Anyone know anything about these rounds? I picked up a North Carolina round today.says its the medallic art co. Danbury ct. .999 fine silver

I am by no means an expert. But from what I have seen all of their stuff has a decent premium.

Here is one that I think is what you have and it did not sell at $59 bucks, but I bet you could get pretty close to that on eBay if you tried.
