IN STOCK AND RESERVED!!!!

At least my first order is. The second one, which I've all but given up on, is still on backorder. You guys would not believe the stream of celebratory four-letter words that came out of this innocent mouth when I saw that.

I was suprized by the weight when I got my 3 sets, the case is heavy, BEAUTIFUL showcase. I felt so bad after selling one, Im keeping the others profit or not. Leave it to the US govt. they could have put a $500 price tag on these and still sold out!

Celebrity four letter words. Isn't that like the old password game you find on The Game Show network?

I had to use my debit card to buy mine. The mint said that my card had been declined twice, due to my $1,000 a day limit. I've gotten the limit waived and the mint said they would try again so hopefully it will work this time.

I've got 4 sets for sale and the first sold for $743. Is this bad or good? What is a good and bad price on ebay right now?
By the way, the sets are opened, but with all gov't packaging with free ship.

If I get another one, I think I will sell all 5 as sealed in box so I don't have to deal with multiple buyers. Prices seem to be around 3700.

Mine is about to end in an hour on Ebay and it should pull right around 3700.00 (5 unopened sets). Will they go up once they finally get them all shipped, ahh let me get out my crystal ball and I'll get back with you. Knowing all the ASE collector's out there they "might" turn around and head back to 5k who knows. I'll go ahead and take my 3700.00 tonight and not look back, its enough for me :)

"Not so fast!"

Order number 38391xxx is IN STOCK AND RESERVED! This was the best news I could hope for on a day that has been filled with disappointment, betrayal and greed in Cardinal Nation.

So I did "win" the lowest # order canceled?

I'm a life-long Cards fan. I truly think letting AP go will turn out to be a good decision in the long run. Perhaps sooner than many people expect.

My bad, tractorman. I was either too distraught over Pujols or too excited about the coins to read your post right.

I've been a Cards fan all of my 19 years. Had a Pujols poster on my wall ever since he played left field. That poster is currently hanging upside down outside my house. Not a happy camper.

I was at the game when Lou Brock got his 3,000th hit when I was 8 yrs old. I've always heard people were wishing for Musial and Brock both to retire late in their careers. They just couldn't do it anymore. The Cards got Pujols extremely cheap for 10 years, but that's no real reason to overpay for the next 10. Smart business move and the team will be just fine.

That is what I told some coworkers today. The Angels just paid for the last eleven years of performance. Not sure there are 10 more years left of $25MM/year worth.

I was pleasantly surprised on friday pm. Order No. 383914xx has been sent and expected to arrive tomorrow (PST) morning.

Hey, I moved from Michigan to St. Louis area (Edwardsville, but worked for MDAC) in 1968. Needless to say, the world series was a pleasure for me and i won a couple B...I...G office pools. But i was rooting all the way for the Cards this year. What a series!!!

Thanks HoardCopperBTT, for giving me back my life on realcent!
I've been accumulating CWRs of cents for two plus years, waiting for that rainy day ... well guess what, that day has arrived ... I'm broke ... time to get rid of the two tons of zinc!
