Buy/Sell auction house?

I think someone mentioned this before, but there's a site where on the member portion of the site, you can register and have people list buy/sell of PMs and equivalents. Site takes 1% of sale. I can't seem to find the thread now and I can't seem to google and find the site. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can come to the rescue?

Be aware that they just raised their handling fees for shipping from $5.95 to $14.95 plus shipping. There is no handeling fee (yet) for keeping the bullion in your online account.

I'm a little more skeptical of buying on bullion direct than selling, but thats just me. I've sold things there a couple of times, but never bought.
