Just got back from a bank run. Four different banks. Third bank = jackpot! The teller didn't want to sell them all to me but after a little pleading she caved. She went in the back and came out ten minutes later with a a baggie full of Franklins, 31 in all. Definitely someone's collection because of all the different mint marks. Sorry for the long post, I'm amped up on caffeine and silver. Here's the breakdown.

Not a huge score but I've never got halves in this good of condition. Looks like they just got popped out of the mint set. Not gonna make me rich but it was a priceless feeling opening up some cruddy paper rolls and having some bright silver smack me in the eye.

How many rolls of halves were searched to find these????

Ahh yes, the skunks. The other 3 banks that day one bank had only one half ($.50). The other two banks had none. And as to my post about the 40%ers I got those out of 9 rolls($90).
