Ouch, sorry, just figured this was a board about coin sorting, so I figured some people here could relate. However, I must admit have few real problem in my life. I am a lucky man.

LBJ decided that there would be no coin shortage due to collector-hoarders. The mintmarks were removed, and no proof coins were minted either. The coin shortage ameliorated by 1968, and mintmarks were put back on ALL coins then.
