Will drop them only to increase them at an opportune time to screw small time investors.

Yep. But after the MFG fiasco they've chased a lot of dupes out. Need to lure'm back in for the slaughter.

While this would normally be pretty bullish for PMs, they still took a pretty big hit today along with the rest of the market.

Perhaps the CME knows the market is about to take a dive, and they're trying to help keep PM prices up...
