You're missing the point.

There still needs to be some pennis made for normal commercial use. You can't exactly cut that off.

So normal commercial use is for the mint to make them.. the coin processors deliver them to the banks.. the banks sell them to the stores.. the stores give them out in change. The customers accumulate them in sock drawers. :mrgreen:

Which comes out in a few years after they find out that it ain't worth more than 50 cents.
