Did the price on these go up for the release? Last I saw they were supposed to be around $42.00. Now $57.00?

They were never priced at $42 (you were probably looking at the classic ingots without serial numbers). They were originally set at $55 and have been increased to $57 because of the increase in spot over the last few days.

I also have (2) of the original Serial Series #1 bars that will be available at the same time tonight.

You're right, I was thinking of the classic ingots.

Important Ordering Info

I recommend creating an account on The Copper Cave website ahead of time so your information is already filled in.

If you wish to use PayPal, be aware that the yellow PayPal button will NOT lock your order in immediately. If you click the yellow PayPal button (the PayPal Express Checkout), you have to sign into PayPal, and then you will be directed back to The Copper Cave where you have to check the little box and click the "Place Order" button to finally lock in your order and make payment. PayPal also no longer displays the shipping amount on their site. I don't like the way it works, but PayPal changed their checkout system (again  ) and there's not much I can do about it.

Tonight, when time is critical, you are better off avoiding the yellow PayPal button. Instead, check the box that says "Check this box to continue" and click the "Place Order Now" button. You will still be able to select PayPal as your payment method on the next page, but your order is locked in as soon as you click the "Place Order Now" button.

Don't forget, you can take 2% off your order total if you pay with a check or money order. There is a "check / money order" option in the checkout that will give you a printable receipt to include with your payment. The discount will not be shown on the website, you will have to manually deduct 2% from your total.

I'm now officially on and ready. I'll be surfing ebay until "release time." :) I have no idea what number(s) I'm going to try for if I get a shot. If anyone on here has a number you'd like to try for, let me know and I'll avoid it (if I get the chance).

Here are some standard classic ingots. Something to add to your shopping cart while you're waiting for the big show :D

I thought I had #39; it looked like I had it at the 'choose payment method' page, but it doesn't look like I got it. Darn - so close.
