Is this a real Henning nickel?

I ran across this, I'm not sure if the seller is trying to pass it off as a henning nickel, or if they don't know what it is. I don't see the die mark in the "R" though. What do you think, is it real?

I've seen a few of these that were counterfeits. If it passes the acid test, it is likely a genuine error, if a 60x scope does not find tool marks. I wish the buyer well.

Funny thing, this isn't the first time I've seen the warning to make sure you get the
real fake, not the inferior fake fake. Last time it was from a CD bootlegger in
Tiawan complaining the Korean bootleggers were appropriating their name. It's
unfortunate the internet archive never crawled the web page because their warning
was so hilarious. :-D
