Looks like if you put 5$ in for borders gift card, you dont have to pay a fee and also get an additional 5 matched to it. Wanted to share in case anyone uses borders and has to dump some coin. Also, I missed the last offer on the itunes certificate so maybe this will change my Karma for next time
