I think there are many that think ALL 1965-1969 coins are 40% not just the halves.

Yes that is what this guy is counting on. There is only about $10.00 worth of silver there.

Sounds like it.

Worst part is, 2 other people had to think it is all 40%. The winner needed someone to bid against.
