Franklin found this 1936 and through the loupe it looks like a DOT. After the microscope it is looking like a 1936 rust dot. FYI a real 1936 DOT sold for 400 K .

If for Franklin it is a DOT than that is all what matters. I think that you can fill that last hole with honor.
