I'm no expert, but know a little about PI coins. At one time the 10 centavos was 75% silver I believe, but can not tell you which years are silver and which are not.
If you are waiting for the "correction" to buy you need to realize that the increasing prices ARE the correction.
$100 Silver soon coming to a location near you.

My world coin book says Philippines 1962 10 centavos is copper-zinc-nickel. Sorry, no silver here. Enjoy.
