Is there much if any scrap value with this broken down tea set?
Paid 2 bux for it, or should I just let the lady put it in her garden.

I assume the EPS means it's plated. :?

Yea its plated and looks well worn and has broken pieces.

"EPS" seems like it would mean "electroplated silver"
