i do not think this is ethical, I am just playing devil's advocate here.
needless to say unethical things like this pass in courts every day.
I just want to see the logic behind a gold/silver enthusiast speaking out against gold/silver.

I think both these claims are incorrect.
if i am so wrong, go try to spend a gold coin and see what happens.

what if i demand these forms of payment through a proxy. and refuse my services or goods through any other means of payment? let's say my goods or services are essential as well.
let's say I own a gas station, and refuse through means of one of my employees to refuse a debt backed currency. i don't want to inherit a debt, I want to inherit something with wealth stability.
i would like to see how you can answer this without market regulation.

I know of no law preventing you or any other business from demanding gold/silver as payment for your goods/services. Of course you would have very few customers at this point. Again the legal tender laws require you to accept FRNs in payment of a DEBT.
