Back to work this week and only two weekend rides.

12 oz pop cans
2 lb 3 oz steel
2 oz brass/copper

1 clad dime
1 zinc penny

It is spring training time and the Chicago Cubs play down the road.
Typical spoor of a Cubs fan is Pabst Blue Ribbon beer cans.....

I also spied a trashed large flat screen Toshiba in a dumpster stall by my dump bank.
I threw it in the van to see how much I can get for the electronic boards.

Running total;

Steel 81 lb 15 oz
Lead 9 lb 11 oz
Copper/brass 2 lb 15 oz
Aluminum 2 lb
Cans 15 lb 10 oz

No golf balls for a while. I would think with the warm weather the golfers would be back out.

Or the hacker took up another hobby?

I try to get by the golf course once a week. There is a canal that runs along the side and
they fish them out on a regular basis. I get the ones that make it to the other side of
the moat, where undesirables like myself lurk.

Leaving a dump bank I spotted a transmission on the side of the road right at the bank exit. Pretty heavy to chuck in the truck alone, but worth it for the price! It's a Chevy truck trans. 4l60e I think. Now I just need to figure out what to do with it.

If you haven't heard, its hot here! So, it was no surprise that I found Satan's pitchfork, minus the handle, weighing in at
one pound thirteen ounces.

Only two rides;

1 zinc penny
1 clad quarter. The quarter was stuck in the asphalt and that's why I carry a tool pouch.
