I read the rules for Feedback usage and the troll is in clear violation of this among other forum rules- Such pathetic behaviour. Should be banned from using these resources.

Regardless of the rest of the questionable behavior, obviously feedback is for feedback on business dealings and as such this is an attack which is both unwarranted and insulting to the whole system.

100% correct. Feedback is not a popularity contest. We are not going to tolerate the use of the feedback system as a means to express disagreements between members that are not directly related to their personal business deals. You can take that to the investment bank.
