Do they pull this crap in Canada? Is there anywhere safe from tyranny?

Umm, i just checked our laws on this up here and canada and they're not any better. I've never heard of this but truely scares the hell out me.

Senator Paul reintroduced the Fair Act (Fifth Amendment Integrity Restoration) S.4074 a few days ago. Maybe in this time of law enforcement reform,civil asset forfeitures can become a thing of the past.
