I filled out their questionnaire online and stated that I wanted marketing materials to pass among colleagues. I got a phone call early the next day, and since I wasn't in a rush, talked with the guy. We talked for about twenty minutes about everything precious metals... until he was ready to hang up on me. I ordered my eagle just before that happened. Sounds to me like they're really more interested in selling gold than silver, and will sell bullion, but are more interested in promoting slabbed eagles which bring a higher, though dubious, premium. I got my eagle, and I'll pass their brochures to a friend who wants to buy from me, as I'm not selling at these prices.
