cutting 10% of the work force seems pretty stupid. Then we will have more people out of work looking for jobs. Pay freeze is nothing new, just ask everyone where I work.

If they want to be symbolic, why not refuse their own salaries?
I don't think Obama needs the $200k when he made millions off of his book.
Maybe they should all take the $1/year pledge until they get the deficit under control.
