Refining some junk silver

If I were to get my junk silver refined where should I pick to get it refined? Why? What I'm getting refined varies from 90% to 35%

Take a look at my thread ( viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10821) . Unless you have a business you will have a hard time finding a refiner.
