it sort of looks like a die cap but I think it's post mint damage, what did Mike Diamond have to say?

We got a call from a Credit Union Manager and she got transfered to a new branch for her. At that branch they had a jar of junk out of there counter and Franklin had a hard time going into that CU as he could not have the jar. The new manger on her own thought Franklin should have it and called us. And we got--

I agree, it could be a chinese charm, there is a little hole along the side rim, maybe for a string/necklace.
