Looks like we hit the bottom and we're getting ready to climb?

DSLV my friends. All aboard the short train.
When QE3 is not announced tomorrow or wed, silver will get hammered. Slight jump on Friday due to jobs report.

Of course, don't listen to me. I just rant.

Would you still say that it is in tact even after the open today? I jumped out of paper in the AM yesterday and now I am thinking about jumping back in real quick. For once my timing is good! (I think)

Still long. though I'm not advising anyone to follow my lead.
I noticed we finished well off the bottom today (SLV) which circumstantially seems bullish to me.
Had we had a real rout I'd have bailed.

Historically, this is the month when strong PM breakouts begin. Look for USD weakness - we saw that on Friday didn't we? I think we are on the cusp of another one. And, I think Jonflyfish is dead on, except that I thought it would begin sometime in the month of August. It would not surprise me if SILVER would reach for the $32.50 old support level very quickly once $28 was exceeded.

All the elements are there, just like when we wondered if SILVER would ever get above $17. Up, down, up, down... Until, everyone was so disgusted that no one believed it would ever break out of that range. Seems like most are on the sidelines, waiting for lower prices. I'm a little fish in these waters, but I've been buying at these levels.

As of noon today, the USD is weakening again. A dramatic rise in PMs could be in the next few days if this continues.

For whatever it's worth, the long dollar ETF (UUP) was downgraded yesterday.

And so with the rally firmly entrenched, and in the absence of any information to the contrary,
I prepare to exit my Long Dollar position, and retain my long Silver.
The silver rally is reaching dizzying heights.
And then I woke up............

So... is it still likely to go up? I'm thinking of buying some this weekend.

I must first state that I am not an expert, but I can't find any evidence showing any imminent decline. I have been looking for some evidence to take some profits, but I just can't find any. I am all in on gold and silver right now just waiting for a pop.

Yeah, I think we are here. I would say finally here but I just started stacking six months ago. When BrotherJohnF, David Morgan, and Eric Sprott are all saying that we're about to rally, we're about to rally.

All we need now is Nadler to do a doomsday for PMs story and that will secure it.

Looking good. Glad was fortunate to pick up a bunch of G&S off the bottom. Next phase could see a rapid increase in price.

Cheers!

Not saying they're wrong, but these guys ALWAYS claim silver is about to rally!

Could be. The reason why I said that was because all three at the same time seemed to more blunt than usual. They all seem to have some source on the inside feeding them info so maybe it's the same person. Who knows. When they explain why there will be a rally, their reasoning sounds legit. BrotherJohnf did say last night that gold is still poised for a rally and silver is almost back to a wait and see. I think one thing that everybody can agree on is that silver is still a great buy under $30.

Dollar chart says dump long dollar positions so I exited today with a negligible profit.

What I found hopeful about today is the way silver and gold held up;
Should have been hurt by the news while the dollar ran.
The dollar couldn't hold the gains and PMs weren't hammered.
