Post office misery results in awesome wild silver

Painfully stood in line 30 minutes at the post office today as they only had one person working the counter??? I finally get to the front and make my transaction with cash. The clerk who had just come on was struggling to make change as her drawer wasn't stocked. She scraped up 80 cents in a bunch of dimes and I was thinking jeez, she doesn't even have a quarter. As she was getting the change out, I heard a distinct sound, one that I know oh so well. I thought for a second, probably a token or new foreign causing the change in pitch. She quickly said, 80 cents and handed it to me without letting me see the change, almost like she was pulling a fast one on me. So for 80 cents, I got five dimes, a nickel, and this beauty. This is my first wild silver other than a few dimes I found back in the 90's as a teenage cashier. Pretty stoked about my find and low mintage from what I can tell. Slight bend in the middle of the coin so possibly worth only melt, but definitely one I am hanging onto regardless. Pics to follow...

Bully!
If I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to move mountains but do not have love I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned but do not have love it profits me nothing.

Geesh, I would stand in the dreadful post office lines all day long if there was that pot of gold waiting at the end of every rainbow. Congrats :)

Very nice one there. Congrats.
If you are waiting for the "correction" to buy you need to realize that the increasing prices ARE the correction.
