Letters (1oz.) — 1-cent increase to 46 cents
Letters additional ounces — unchanged at 20 cents
Letters to all international destinations (1oz.) — $1.10
Postcards — 1-cent increase to 33 cents

Looks like my quasi-governmental USPS, zero coupon, inflation indexed(?), 1st Class Forever baby bonds (stamps) are paying off about 1.55% per year. Hummm, shoulda bought silver back in '07 instead. Oh well, I've made worse investments.

Stamp prices going up again, eh? Well, that's no problem for Hoard; hey, you still have that huge cheap discounted stamp pile that you bought awhile back, don't you? So you're still set for another 10 years or so, right???

No wonder the USPS is losing money. I got 4 Christmas cards this year (mailed from different parts of the US) where the stamp wasn't cancelled. Takes a gentle tug to get them off the envelope.

Once removed you can decide what to do with them. I know. I know. One isn't legally supposed to re-use postage, but I tried it as sort of an experiment. None were returned to me.
