ID help Bronze/Copper coin

Considering the condition, it likely isn't a great find, but I'm speechless... I can't ID this coin. I won't muddy the opinions with my assumptions. I've hit a block on this one, been looking at it for three days now.

I've seen this done on the metal detecting site I visit. Try covering with a white piece of paper and lightly go over with a pencil. Some details naked to the eye appear out of nowhere and makes the I.D. easier.

I looked and googled a bunch with nothing.

I see a "CHI" and with a date of 1933, my guess is a token/medal from the 1933 Chicago worlds fair.

I believe the obverse is this:
