Lets say for example someone has a BU 1884CC and the general consensus is that it would grade at MS62. How much would you pay for this coin raw?

Do you have a method to your madness? Do you take the Numismedia price and then take a certain percentage off of that? Interested in the "system" that people use when buying raw coins private sale.
