Natsb88 hit the nail on the head in a thread similar to this a few days back. He is absolutely right when he says that the only thing you have to tell them is that the contents are not "fragile, liquid, perishable or hazardous." Since lying to them is also breaking the law, when I ship pennies, I say that I am mailing "copper bullion." Worked out pretty good so far.
