What is the story on these coins??? Is this the new money of the Lakota now? Is the Treasury going to allow Lakota to get away with making it's own money?

I am glad they put Crazy Horse on the coin, instead of Russel Means. CH was one of my childhood heros. I recognized the lightning bolt war paint immediately.
When I die, I want to go like Grandpa did. He died in his sleep..... Not screaming and hollering like all the passengers in his car.

These have been around for quite awhile. They're an AOCS product. The "Free Lakota Bank" is not associated with the actual Lakota tribes at all. It's not a licensed or FDIC insured bank (not that that's necessarily a bad thing), it's just a private silver depository run by the AOCS folks.

I bought a couple of those a while back. Nice looking rounds/coins, whatever they're classified as.

natsb88, Has it. I was going to do a deposit with the "Free Lakota Bank", but after some resurch, I took delivery instead.
