Something to think about:

40 bars x 225g=~8kg. So you're saying someone's intestine can hold 8 KILOGRAMS of gold?? I know people can [shucks] a lot, but that's just ridiculous.

Ray once smuggled five CTUs into Canada.
If I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to move mountains but do not have love I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned but do not have love it profits me nothing.

oh no.......oh my, have mercy........how long Father?.....how long?

Major, I don't know what a "CTU" is, but assuming this is something that's not a small item.....ummm, is the implication, that our dear colleague......how can I say this?........did he....?....y'know....uhhh...DID HE?.....there?....in that way?

please tell me, sir...you're just having a bit of rib on us lot......its just HORRIBLE....its dark, and i'm just undone right now.

Ray?......any comment OB? this is bad...it looks bad. say something.

goodness! mercy me!! how long? (chortle).......now i'm gonna go read the article.

later add------read the article....I don't get it...what advantage do they gain?...is their some sort of prohibition about private gold ownership, or onerous tax burden in the ROK for gold?....or is it some sort of black money that needs to stay out of the white world?....THAT I understand, but what about when somebody wants to convert it into paper fiat?....interesting though.....people sure do worship money....consider this, folks risk their LIVES smuggling Bibles into North Korea, but risk their freedom smuggling gold into South Korea...hmmm.

The odd thing is they were BU when I started... and BU when they were deposited... but they started out brilliant uncirculated and changed to butt ugly  Must have something to do with simmering them in the juices. I tell ya, smuggling copper ain't all that fun... when the tape unravels and the cardboard gets wedged.. it can lead to some bad stretches  :shifty:

Neilgin1, CTU is "copper trading unit" or $100 in copper pennies.

But hey, I am just glad it all came out in the end.

A smooth finish.

Keep stacking.

Cause people want to smuggle things and not pay taxes for them.
