Yes, a King George VI penny is like finding a wheat penny. But a King George V penny is not equivalent to an Indian head. George V pennies (common dates--average circulated) will sell in bulk lots of 50 on ebay for roughly $12 to $15. Try to find an auction with 50 common date--average circulated Indians selling for $12 to $15.
An Indian head is equal to roughly 3 King George V's all things being equal.
