I had a good day today. First I get the normal amount of $60 in dimes and that's a skunk. Then I go back, put the coins throught the coin counter and get it back in dimes. The thing is she only gives me $50, so I rush back right before the close and get the other two rolls and put those off to the side. So I go through the first $50 and skunk then I go through the first roll from that the teller forgot skunk, then I open the last roll and boom silver. So I pull it out and it's a 1942 Mercury dime!!!!!!! I'm going back to get all the rest from that box tommorw, hope there is some more!

$100 in dimes today, got a 64 doing pretty good.

I have not sorted any coins in 4 months or more. With mowing, working in the garden, and a six month old son I have just been too busy.
On Wednesday I was driving past a bank that usually had customer wrapped stuff and thought I would stop in. I picked up $300 in dimes.
About half way thru I found one 1962 Rosie and then a few rolls later I noticed an older looking roll that ended up having 5 Rosie's in it and nothing after 1968. I dug thru the rest of the rolls and found one more old looking one like the other. As soon as a dumbed it into my hand I knew it was good. I ended up with 45 silver dimes from that roll and a total of 51 from the $300. Wish I would have asked for some quarters or halves- I might have got even luckier.
